IMPORTANT INFORMATION

RJI would be pleased to arrange collection of consignments from any location in the UK and send onto Ascension, St Helena, the Falklands or Tristan da Cunha. Whats more, with regular van collections from Wiltshire, Hampshire and Somerset sending consignments from these areas could not be easier.

To book your collection you have 2 options

  1. You can simply fill in the form by clicking the link below.
  2. Or if you prefer to fill in the form manually, you can download the form below by downloading the form, complete and fax back to us on 0117 9286361 or scan and e-mail to [email protected].

Alternatively, you can phone 0117 9828575 for a booking, download and complete the forms then send them to us with the consignment.

Please note that all freight forward consignments must be paid for in full before the goods can be shipped unless a current credit account is held. Account application forms can be obtained by e-mailing [email protected].

Due to Health and Safety constraints can you please ensure that each individual item weighs no more than 25 kilos (a rough guide is if the item can be easily lifted by the average person). Please also note that it is the consignor’s (sender’s) responsibility to arrange insurance cover for any freight forward items. RJI would be pleased to quote for the insurance cover** if required but there is no obligation to use our services as alternative insurance providers are available. Please also see our page Hazardous Cargo if you are thinking of sending any aerosols, batteries, paints, liquids or the like.

Please note that we are unable to collect windscreens or other glass objects.

Whilst every effort is made to ship the consignments on the next voyage after receipt this cannot always be guaranteed.

Insurance

Please note that goods received by RJI for freight forwarding are not insured. It is the consignor’s (the sender’s) responsibility to ensure that adequate insurance cover is obtained; RJI would be pleased to quote for such cover if required. For more information see Insurance.
