When trying to decide if your goods are insured or not the simple rule is:

If the goods have been purchased through RJI then they are insured (up until receipt at destination), if they have not been purchased by RJI and you have not arranged insurance cover elsewhere then they are not insured. In other words if you send goods to RJI for onward shipment or you arrange for a third party to deliver the goods into our warehouse for onward shipment the goods will not be insured.

RJI would be pleased to quote for the insurance cover* if required. There is no obligation to use our services as alternative insurance providers are available.

*All insurance business is transacted under the BIFA Standard Trading Conditions 2017 Edition which is available upon request.
