Evri deliveries

We need to inform all customers that we are currently seeing a chaotic delivery service from Evri. Our understanding is that there is currently a drivers strike and Evri are trying to cover with agency workers.
We have had several companies from the local area contact us to say that they have seen parcels for us dumped outside their buildings and we have just found a few parcels on a side walk at the other end of our industrial estate, all soaking wet.
The service from Evri (previously Hermes) has always been substandard but the current situation is unacceptable. We have been to their local depot to complain about the appalling situation but we are still finding parcels dumped outside of other companies.
We would recommend that you contact your supplier and ask them to use any other courier service for deliveries to us.
