Proof of Delivery Photo

We are seeing more cases now where the courier is not taking individual pictures of orders when delivering. In several cases where a proof of delivery has been required, the courier has just provided a picture of a pallet or bucket full of parcels without any indication which parcel is the one we are querying. This makes it almost impossible to confirm if a parcel has arrived or not. We are speaking to all delivery drivers that come into us but please note that we cannot accept a picture of a pile of boxes as proof of delivery.
