Shien and Temu orders

Please note that we will no longer ship Shien and Temu freight forwards without a copy of the order confirmation sent through to us first. These orders are being opened and checked here as we keep finding battery powered lighters and other dangerous goods that are not safely packed.

Moving forward, we will no longer accept any battery goods packed in Temu and Shien orders. These budget companies are not providing a MSDS for lithium batteries or packing them safely for shipment and we will not take any risk with any of our consolidated shipments.

A reminder to all of our customers that we do not ship any fire lighting equipment (matches, lighters, fuel, camping fires, chafing gel, battery lighters).
