St Helena Airfreight Update![]()
RJI are still working with SHG and Airlink to push through our airfreight consignments and find out why we are experiencing such delays. ![]()
We are now splitting our airfreight down into smaller consignments per AWB to try and avoid everything being bumped from a flight. We have also been using a more expensive booking route for our airfreight which should make it higher priority but this is clearly having mixed results at this stage. ![]()
These additional costs will not be passed onto customers. We are trying all options possible to create a more dependable airfreight service to the island and have followed all recommendations from the airline and SHG.
